Delivery & Returns

Shipping Rates:
Ireland: €6.50 (1-3 Working Days)
UK: €6.50 (3 – 4 working days)
Please note that while we do our utmost to ensure that all items are available, we may from time to time experience an issue in stock availability and be unable to fulfill a customer order.
In this case, the customer will be offered an alternative or a full refund via an email through our order system.
Returns
Pureonline.ie is happy to refund or exchange a full priced item within 10 days (we do NOT refund postage/packaging charge), in accordance with the distance selling regulations. If you are looking for an exchange, we will send it to you once the original item is received within the time frame.
Items must be returned with all original tags still attached and in original packaging. Items must not be soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour.
You should take care when trying on items to ensure that clothing is not stained with fake tan, deodorant etc.
Returns received by us after the 10 day returns period will be held until the customer arranges to collect them or additional postage cost is received
Due to hygiene reasons we can not accept returns on jewelry items & hair accessories.
Discounted or promotional items must be returned within 10 days from receipt where we offer website credit, exchange, refund.
Sale items are non returnable & non refundable
Please indicate on your delivery note the reason for returning the item. You must return your delivery note with your item so we can trace your order and issue your refund for the price of the item paid only. We do not refund shipping/packaging charges.
- Items which have been marked with make-up, fake tan, other marks / stains, odours of smoke / perfume or items which have had tags removed will NOT be refunded. Such items will be re-sent to the original delivery address at the expense of the customer.
- The returns must be sent back to us with all packaging intact in an “as new” condition that you would expect to receive an item in. The item MUST BE FOLDED – items returned “inside out”, rolled or in an unfolded state CANNOT BE REFUNDED. Such items will be returned to you at your expense.
Please allow up to 14 working days after we receive the goods for the refund/credit to be credited to your bank account.
Returning From Ireland:
We recommend that you send your returns via a recorded / registered / insured delivery method. Sending your item by recorded post will also result in you having a tracking number. You can track your return to make sure that it has been received by us.

Returning From Northern Ireland Or The UK:
We recommend that you send your returns via a recorded / registered / insured delivery method. Sending your item by recorded post will also result in you having a tracking number. You can track your return to make sure that it has been received by us.

Exchange Items
If you wish to exchange your item for another size / style then let us know within 2 days of receiving the item so that we can reserve the requested item for you.
We can offer an exchange of the same product in a different size or colour, or an item costing the same as your original purchase or if an item is less than your original purchase, subject to delivery charge. Exchanges can take up to 7 days to be processed. If we are unable to exchange the item we will email you with an explanation and offer a full refund excluding the original shipping charge to your account.
Please note you may only make an exchange on the same item once.
