Orders and Shipping
We ship orders within 2-3 working days of receiving an order.
Please note that while we do our utmost to ensure that all items are available, we may from time to time experience an issue in stock availability and be unable to fulfill a customer order.
In this case, the customer will be offered an alternative or a full refund via an email through our order system.

Please contact us as soon as possible from the time the order was placed on our website.
We use third party payment processors to process payments on PureOnline.ie. We do not have any access or records of our customers credit cards or credit card details.
Cardholders responsibility regarding jurisdiction laws
The cardholder shall remain responsible for notifying their issuing bank with any changes in details or fraudulent/not normal activities on their account. Pureonline.ie takes no responsibility regarding any fraudulent activity on any customers cards/accounts used on this website. We have taken all necessary steps regarding upholding PCI DSS compliance and remain objective in the case of cardholders bearing their own responsibility regarding jurisdiction laws.

Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to refund or exchange a full priced item within 14 days of the customer receiving the item (we do NOT refund postage/packaging charge).
Discounted or promotional items must be returned within 10 working days from receipt where we offer website credit, exchange, refund.
Sale items are non returnable & non refundable
If you are looking for an exchange, we will send it to you once the original item is received within the time frame.
Items must be returned with all original tags still attached and in original packaging. Items must not be soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour.
You should take care when trying on items to ensure that clothing is not stained with fake tan, deodorant etc.
Returns received by us after the 14 day returns period will be held until the customer arranges to collect them. We cannot accept the customer being away at the time of delivery or delays with return postage as a valid reason for a late return.

A full refund will only be guaranteed if the item is returned within the time frames stated above. Any items received after this date will be sent back to the original delivery address.
Please indicate on your delivery note the reason for returning the item. You must return your delivery note with your item so we can trace your order and issue your refund for the price of the item paid only.
- Items which have been marked with make-up, fake tan, other marks / stains, odours of smoke / perfume or items which have had tags removed will NOT be refunded. Such items will be re-sent to the original delivery address at the expense of the customer.
- The returns must be sent back to us with all packaging intact in an “as new” condition that you would expect to receive an item in. The item MUST BE FOLDED – items returned “inside out”, rolled or in an unfolded state CANNOT BE REFUNDED. Such items will be returned to you at your expense.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect order therefore we will refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order.
Item (s) should be returned via an insured, traceable service.
Please make a note of any tracking numbers in case they are required. We are not responsible for any damage caused to goods in transit, so please insure that they are securely packaged.
Also please note that if you originally pay through PayPal, PayPal will re-imburse your return postage fee on receipt of copy of postage and refund notification.
Please allow up to 14 working days after we receive the goods for the refund/credit to be credited to your bank account.

Items shipped to Ireland only can be exchanged.
If you wish to exchange your item for another size / style then let us know within 2 days of receiving the item so that we can reserve the requested item for you.
We can offer an exchange of the same product in a different size or colour, or an item costing the same as your original purchase or if an item is less than your original purchase, subject to delivery charge. However unfortunately we cannot exchange an item for a more expensive item. Exchanges can take up to 7 days to be processed. If we are unable to exchange the item we will email you with an explanation and offer a full refund excluding the original shipping charge to your account.
Please note you may only make an exchange on the same item once.
