We try to ensure our products are true to size, but if you are in between sizes, we recommend you choose the larger of the two. please see our size guide, under each product, for more details.
You can cancel your order if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, just email our customer care team here: email@example.com. Please note, orders are processed promptly to ensure next day delivery, so don’t be disappointed if it has shipped, just send it back and we will issue you with a refund, excluding postage.
If your size is sold out, it will display in grey and you will not be able to add it to bag. If your size is in stock and you can’t add it to bag, your web browser may need to be updated.
If you cannot download an update for your browser you can place your order in the size you are able to select. send us an email quoting your order number & desired sizes and we will amend the sizes for you.
